I have had notice you have started legal action

Elderbridge has placed all legal and repossession activity on hold until 31st October 2020, when we will review the situation again. What if I want to give back my home?

Elderbridge has placed all legal and repossession activity on hold until 31st October 2020. However, if you confirm in writing that you want to continue with handing back your property we will do everything we can to assist you.

I can't make my payments, will you repossess my home?

Elderbridge will not commence any new repossession activity until 31st October 2020, when we will review the situation again.
